Ellen Dowling, PhD, is President of Dowling & Associates, a communications training and consulting firm based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Michael Dowling, PhD, is Professor of Innovation and Technology at the University of Regensburg, Germany, and is Ellen's brother.

Helen Moody, PhD, is President of Factotum Ink, Limited, based in Corrales, New Mexico.
